Samsung Account issue with Country and Services.

Recently couple of  months  back i had changed my Samsung Account email address to the one i am working with daily and security purposes. After changing the email i went to check my Samsung account on website and found out that the country  set on my new email was set to United Kingdom while old account had India. I was using Samsung Galaxy Note 3 way back while i was in UK last in 2014. Got Samsung Galaxy Note 8 in India. My Samsung Account is currently synced to my device containing Samsung Cloud Backup, S Health Information and other Synced Information. My mobile number was added to old email address account but it didnt get transferred to new account also. 

I am trying to change my country to India because i want to use SmartThings share with my Family Members but unable to do it as the Countries in my account is different than theirs.  Also i dont want to delete the Samsung Account just to change the country for many reasons as i have my Samsung Pay , Samsung Pass and many more services associated with it and i cannot risk it. 

Please Samsung Care work on the fix of this please. 


One more issue which i saw was that Samsung Shop app before didnt had option to register using Samsung Account and only accepted Mobile Number and i did use that and found out that it creates own new Samsung Account and we are unable to see Devices purchased from it for Invoices and everything. Recently i figured this out while i was checking out devices and invoices on my account.

I have tried contacting the Samsung Customer Care Support team via Call also but they dont seem to have any solution the only solution they know of is actually deleting my Samsung Account and creating it again.

I tried contacting Samsung India through Live Chat as well as Call and the only solution as i said before was to delete the old Samsung Account and than create a new one. This is going to be annoying for me now. I had recently created new Account now and old Samsung Notes which were locked cannot be accessed and saying can be only unlocked once they are access from original Samsung Account. Would recommend adding a workaround for that also. 

Also is it possible that i had before changed email so i changed email on my Note 8 and later on changed on my Galaxy Note 3 which was from UK so it automatically updated my country ?
