In my opinion for normal use 60 fps is good enough. It will save your storage. And for editing u will get some slow-motion.

Yeah no doubt it have better quality than 1080p ..
But for what that much quality bro..
At 1080p 60fps the video will be very smoother than 4k 30fps and it's a very good feature for a content creator and all for creating better slow motion clips by editing

And 1080p is not having a bad quality ..
It's a good one ..
