OthersI’m using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and recently noticed a green line appearing on the display. I haven’t dropped the phone or exposed it to water/physical damage, so this seems to be a display fault.
Can you please guide me on the next steps for service or replacement?
Thanks in advance.

OthersEligibility conditions typically include:
1) The phone must have been purchased within the last 3 years.
2) The device should not have any physical or liquid damage.
3) Original invoice/purchase proof is needed.
4) Some labor charges may apply (often a modest fee).
The deadline for a free screen replacement for the “green line” issue on the Galaxy S23 / S23 Ultra is 31 December 2025 (as per Samsung India’s support policy)
