2. Uninstall Unused Apps: If you have apps that you rarely use, uninstall them. These apps may be running in the background and consuming resources.
3. Disable Background App Refresh: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Battery > Background app refresh > Turn off.
4. Turn off unused features: Features like NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location services may also contribute to heating. If you're not using them, turn them off.
5. Perform a Factory Reset: If the above steps don't work, perform a factory reset. This will erase all data from your device, so make sure to backup your important files before proceeding.
6. Contact Samsung Customer Support: If the heating issue persists, contact Samsung customer support for further assistance.
