Regards Screen Lock Error

Hello, I am unable to set a new password for my device.

Everytime I try to set a new password it gives me message; "Screen lock already changed, try again with a new screen lock".

Can anyone please help me resolving this issue.

If you have samsung account and find my mobile is active, try that and reset your device password
