This is Arpit Agarwal.

I had ordered VR and paid full amount and after so many days you are sending me a mail that my amount is reversed.

That is totally unethical and unacceptable. 

How can you take the money in the first case and then after a week reply that your amount will be reversed due to overwhelming response. Is samsung team playing with us or what. When ever you want you can place the order and whenever you want you can reverse the amount. This is totally deficiency in service and unjust behaviour from samsung. If u wanted to reverse the order why did you take the money in the first case. My order shouldn't have processed then. Why were you still showing the offer for next two days. And in between again showing the offer for a week. If the VR was booked completely then you shouldn't have booked my VR. And after 2 days I again saw the ofdee on MY GALAXY. If the bookings were full then why were you showing the offer to book and VR?.

I dont want my amount to get reversed and I want my VR 2 hadset as soon as possible. Otherwise I will file a case in consumer forum regarding the false hope which you gave to deliver the VR and by taking the amount. That is not what i expected from samsung. I had a good reputation of samsung but now my expectations are falling by such cheap behaviour from samsung. I will really file a case in consumer forum if I don't get my VR delivered.

I have faced the same problem. I will be approaching the consumer court for sure. They are taking us for granted. This will never happen in the USA or UK otherwise they would have got their pants sued off....

I know right.. this is a malpractice. they are seriously taking us granted. now i just got a call from samsung headquarters. and they were saying that u can reorder it

Samsung has repeatedly said that the new VR 2017 version that is compatible for S8 will be kaunching soon... I think after they have sorted out the mess with the wireless chargers redemtion issues, tgem they will aaraam se launch other products... till then we should put our finger on the mouth and wait like little children. :) I suggest you speak to the estore chaps and pin them down to verify that the VR is indeed compatible with S8 BEFORE they ship it to you or you re-order it. Just by chance and some miracle it IS compatible with S8 let me know bro so I can order it too. Good luck and keep us posted.
