I have been a loyal user of the Samsung Galaxy series since 2012, but I recently had a disappointing experience with my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. After using it for over 30 months, a purple vertical line suddenly appeared on the screen. Initially, I thought there might have been some physical damage, but there was no impact or incident that could have caused it. To my surprise, I discovered that this issue is actually a common problem among Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus devices, which was not something I expected from a brand like Samsung.

This experience has left me questioning whether I should continue using Samsung's S series in the future. As a long-time customer, I have always held Samsung products in high regard, valuing their quality and reliability. However, encountering such a significant issue with my device has made me reconsider my loyalty.

I would appreciate it if you could provide some insight into this matter and address my concerns. I understand that technical issues can occur with any device, but the recurrence of this particular problem has raised doubts in my mind. I would like to know if Samsung is taking steps to address and rectify this issue, and whether there are any solutions available for affected customers like myself.

Already faced such problem in Galaxy note 10 lite... Instead of vertical line, got small dot on screen and increasing its area itself day by day. Myself thought it may be glass problem. But after going to one known mobile seller, he told me that These vertical or round or some others are DUE TO PRESSING OF DISPLAY WHENEVER WE KEPT IN PANT POCKETS espicially it is highly in JEENS PANTS.

Same issue here with my s20+ first there was one and after 4 months second line appeared. Never buying samsung again in life.
