I waited 1 month to get my earbuds from Samsung. Very excited only to realise the left earbud isnt paired. Then going to the nearest samsung repair centre and them taking it in to fix it. 2 Months later and still havent gotten it back. Lazy personnel and always just say it isnt their problem. Was it really the best choice to switch to Samsung. Very poor. And they will probably expect me to pay for the repair even though its still under warranty.
