Disgusting, how a phone call is connected while it's in my shirt's pocket. I switch off the screen before putting it in my pocket still touch screen is working. It is the basic, general knowledge which is not applied. I am experiencing since last 3rd-4th update. It is not expected that Any of the touch screen function work after screen is off. Please take care of this problem.

Turn off double tap to wake up and accidental touch protection..

if still problem persists, then its a bug..(same happened with me(s10+), I stopped using biometrics and things are fine, but that's not the actual solution).

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below step:

1. Reset the device: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings> Tap on General Management> Tap on Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
