volume malfunction

While phone is connected to earphone volume automatically increases/decreases. Please guide or advice on an urgent note.

yes I also face this problem only restart your mobile and take out you phone cover (if you buy a mobile cover for mobile) and tap in you earphone. your problem solve

This is normal of any device, earphones continue working on the same volume which was used the last time you used an earphone.
