Palm gesture sensor in F62

My F62 is just 7day old. But from the day 1 Palm gesture is not working to take screenshot.  I have to use volume key & power bottom to do so. Kindly solve this issue.

Bro first enable palm swipe to take screenshot from settings and then swipe your hand vertically from right edge to left it's handy. It works all the time if u swiped correctly

I talked to customer service center. They told me the right process. Now it's working properly.
