Note 20 ultra exynos or wait for iphone 12?

I am looking for a mobile who can handle multitasking and normal gaming smoothly for atleast 2 years, i am currently using note 9, which unfortunately doesn't handle stuff smoothly.

I am confused between note 20 ultra or should I wait for iPhone 12 pro max(or whatever the flagship would be)

Go with note 20 ultra. That's very good. IPhone 12 is not worth for the money. Most useless phone.
