Hello Team,

I am a loyal customer of Samsung using Samsung phones from Galaxy Y now I own a galaxy note 10 from last 3 years Now my phone battery is not working properly and needed to be changed but your service center is saying that note 10 battery is not in stock and they are not that it will be avail in future or not any suggestions what can we done this is the first time I have seen an issue like this for an Premium series phone of samsung
