Not able to turn on USB Debugging

As you can see in log file my USB debugging option is not highlighted what should i do to resolve this as I've started android developement and i need this functionality.

Maybe you have autoblocker option turned on in the settings?

I'm facing one more issue... I'm not able to turn on developer option of smart view.. i want to use this device as secondary monitor... how i can do that

I am not sure about this, so can't help you. Try googling the issue

On youtube they are saying to tap multiple time on smart view.. and a password field pops up ... but in my case nothing happens... if you can solve my problem I'll very thankful..

I think Samsung has disabled this option. I've seen other users complain about this in the forum
