OthersUnder setting-connections - mobile network if using jio plz select lte only.
Under apn setting reset to default. After this switch off your mobile and check. Also which carrier are u using. 🤔

OthersUsing Samsung galaxy S8+
Using jio
Updated 1 hour back
Incoming and outgoing call not working
Other functions working fine ( including mobile data is also working fine)
I did what u ask, I did LTE only
And then switched off and on my phone
Still no difference
Please help me out, I have to make urgent calls.

OthersGo to Settings - > General Management - > Reset - > Reset network settings.
Also, after updating, you should clear cache partition by going into recovery menu.
It might work.
