Terms of Participation: ‘Always On Monthly and Weekly missions’ Members contest 1. ‘Always On Monthly and Weekly missions’, herein referred as ‘Members Contest’ (the “Campaign”) is run by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) on Samsung Members App (hereinafter referred as the “App”) has started from 17th April, 2023 till closure announced by Samsung at its sole discretion and shall be valid for all App users, who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participants”). The topic for this month starting February 05th, 2024 is Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy AI is coming. 2. Under this Campaign, Samsung will roll out two campaigns : 2a) Monthly stamp campaign: For participating, Participant(s) need to come to Benefits section of App, participate in the Monthly Campaign Benefit and collect all 10 stamps within a month. Only one stamp can be collected in one day, hence all 10 stamps can be collected by the participant on 10 different days respectively. Every month will be a different campaign. Surprise prizes will be unveiled every month. Badge of honor will be given to Participants as per following table basis number of stamps collected in various monthly stamp campaigns. In this regard, details are mentioned below: 2b) Weekly mission: Besides monthly stamp mission mentioned above, Participant also can participate in weekly tasks in the form of quiz/ poll/ puzzles, registration etc. 3. Prizes worth Rs.150000 in total are up for grabs. Prizes include E-Store vouchers (i.e. 01 e-Store voucher worth Rs. 25000, 05 e-store vouchers worth Rs. 15000 each and 05 e-store vouchers worth Rs. 10000 each valid till 30th April 2024, from the date of issuance, which can be redeemed at Samsung e-Store i.e. on Samsung Shop app or Samsung website and applicable on Galaxy S24 Series device(s) only. a. Eligibility for Prizes: Only those participants will be eligible for randomizer who have participated in respective Monthly and Weekly missions. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Prize. b. For Monthly mission, one winner will receive an e-Store Voucher worth INR 25000, three winners will receive e-Store Vouchers worth INR 15000 each and two winners will receive e-store Vouchers worth INR 10000 each, selected via second randomizer basis from the eligible participants who have collected all 10 stamps. c. For Weekly mission, two winners will receive e-Store Vouchers worth INR 15000 each and three winners will receive e-Store Vouchers worth INR 10000 each, selected via first randomizer basis from the eligible participants who have participated and answered correctly in all the challenges. d. Prizes will be given on submission of the relevant tax and information/documents being copy of PAN Card (Self-attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of Driving License or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self-attested) as required, Address proof (may be required subject to the applicability/ requirement in connection with the Campaign): Driving License / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 06 months old) (Self-attested) in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email, which shall be sent to him/her informing about the results. The prizes will be mailed or shipped out (as applicable) later within a month of declaration of the winners on the App. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Prize. e. For Prizes, however, evaluation will be done on a monthly basis for all weekly tasks rolled out during that month and winners will be announced by end of the subsequent month and will be contacted.
