How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:
1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.
You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

When I checked the phone price for Samsung fold4 without login, it was 371.99$ + Tax. When I checked out, I logged in to the Samsung website. Then the cost was changed to 1151.99$ + Tax. Because of this, I reached out to Samsung customer service they have been disconnecting my calls. After seeing this issue, three calls have been disconnected, and 2 customer chat stopped texting me.

My Samsung M51 is 1.5 years old.
Now occasionally yellow screen is happening. I m very carefully using my phone. Didn't fell down till now. But why this problem, I don't understand . When i contact Samsung service, they told me to change display.

Very Poor quality product. Not durable. I will not recommend Samsung phone. Please, think before buying Samsung phone.

Please not purchase samsung mobile last 2 month ago. I am purchase samsung A32 mobile it is most wrost mobile in the world camera quality very Very Very Very bad 👎 and finger print quality very Very Very bad 👎

I have wasted my 14000 on samsung galaxy m13 5g.......there is no app lock.....security is very worst.....i hope in next update....I'll find app lock system

Samsung ki service bhaut bekar hote jaa rahe hai mera premimum phone z flip 3 ki display pe spot aur line aa gye hai mera phone warranty me hai na to gira hai kbhi bs use kiya hai normal scratches to aayege he service centre waale bol rhe apko 35000 pay krne hoge whats wrong with him fir warranty kaise mai ab samung ke product nahi khareeduga

Hello,

  I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing App notifications automatically re-enabling themselves on Samsung s22, after the have been disabled.  I have tie to disable them many times but, they just enable them selves again! I notice it is you tube and mostly Google  apps.

My mobile is samsung M53 model..but bluetooth is not working since I bought the mobile..can't use bluetooth headset either..wifi no problem..but bluetooth connection is very bad..is this problem for all model? Or is it just me? Will it be ok in the next update?? With faith to reply..a poor samsung user..

Samsung S21 Fe 5g missed app lock feature previously S Secure will help to lock or mask application. Even i try to download its not supporting. Please help me on this issue or suggest best third part app
