How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:

1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.

You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

After Android 11 and UI 3.1 update in my S20 plus, apps are closing randomly, some apps including gmail are not opening... Camera is burning most of the photographs clicked with flash on....

Turn off all the notifications. Just leave on texting and Facebook messages. Put on power saving.  Turn off location.

I just brought the s21 ultra 5g. Worst phone ever for Samsung. No charger in box. No  SD card. It like a iPhone I'm disappointed.

After android 11 update apps in my M31 gets closed...please fix this issue

after the update of android 11 my Bluetooth headset start disconnecting if i do not use it for around 30 seconds and then immediately it shows a connectivity... with this disconnect and connect issue my apps also shut down or restart after this...
big **bleep** by samsung version 11 please resolve it ASAP
