How to ask question and send feedback to Samsung

Hi Users,

I see many of you posting here, asking Samsung to provide features or include their device for 3 years OS update.

I am not sure whether anyone pass on your feedback to Samsung.

But you can do one more step in order to make sure your feedback goes to Samsung.

Ask question to samsung Customer Support.

Follow below steps:

1. Click on + icon on the home page of app.

2. Click on ask question. And send your question or feedback to the Samsung. They will inform concerned team about your feedback.

You can send error reports also by clicking error reports icon above to ask question.

I have no idea what you were talking about. Furthermore I don't know what's funny yet it seems like you like being irrelevant. First of all, stop using emoojies especially for attention. The more you use silly emoojies, the more pathetic you will be. Emoojies are not everything and it is funny how you or someone else relies on it. Quit using emoojies whoever you are. If you are serious, back it up. I get it, sending a feedback to Samsung support about something. It doesn't always matter. As you can see, whoever made this thread probably has nothing much to do and probably doesn't know much about Samsung let alone life. There is always life outside of a phone screen. If you like being irrelevant, good for you. I will stop now. I have no reason to talk anymore, here. You better not annoy me, I am warning you. I said enough.
