I am a samsung user. Recently I tried to sign in to my samsung account on my laptop. But it is telling to verify my identity with the NICE Information service which requires a korean phone number. But the problem is I live in Bangladesh and I don't have the korean phone number which I used to open my samsung account while I was in South Korea. But as I created my account in Korea, so the country of my account is set to South Korea and even it is not possible to change the country. Now I am facing a great problem to sign in to my samsung account. Can anybody help???
