No, but you can download Fine Lock from Play Store.

Yes, but you can't install modules. One UI Core has a different apk platform and this platform doesn't allow much apps, including Good Lock, Bixby, etc.

I dont think Samsung will ever give official support for good lock in core ui. But u can use all goodlock features after rooting ur phone which is upto u.
