Gif Button in Oreo update UAE

Anyone here bought a samsung galaxy s7 edge in UAE and update it in oreo os? huhuhu i cant find gif button in my keyboard is it because i bought this in uae? please someone answer me if its available in ur phone and how to enabled it..

no, I have read that they deleted this feature ( despite it's written in the log of Oreo update )
