A10,A20,,A30,M31,M30 all low priced range product got android 10 updtes in lock down but yours A50 not getting.
what is benefits to purchase high priced phine of samsung ???
Go for another devices next time ,
All software with android 10 has heating,frame drop issues.

wait for it till next month all rollouts are paused for bug repairs and will be coming in May probably👍👍👍👍👍
