Hi sir, my mobile has rest how I don't know my all data is earese and I need a backup option..
I have switched of my mobile for lectures i college. When I have open my phone they told me restart your phone and I have resrted my phone and my all data is deleted.

1. From Settings, tap Accounts and backup and then tap Restore data under Samsung Cloud. 2. Select your desired device from the drop-down at the top, and then select the content you want to restore. 3. Next, tap Restore. If needed, follow the on-screen instructions to download your backup data.
