Hi can everyone help me with this problem that I have here. I would really appreciate it.

Yes it was just for the replacement of the screen

Yeah, that's probably why. It needs to be calibrated. Whoever did this didn't calibrate the fingerprint sensor to be recognized by the phone. You'll need to take it back to the service centre for a calibration.
