Received an advert from Samsung.com buy an s21 ultra from telkom and receive ear buds ,tag ,Samsung care at 499 and s pen with Clearview cover . No Clearview case and s pen Received. Samsung and telkom both blame each other but the email was from Samsung. Customer care every one has a different answer . Have emails in hand and call recordings . No one wants to own up
again don't make assumptions that you don't know any details about . do you work for Samsung?? if you do then this is exactly my point . how can Samsung have a person like you try to cover up for their errors. I have an email from Samsung
Bud in all fairness, no service provider is perfect and that's life, this is the first time I'm going onto this forum and all I see is you slating samsung and rating apple, if you hate samsung that much because you frustrated that you didn't get the gifts that were promised to you due to a miss In formed or a miss communication then just go buy the items you never received or better yet, go buy an apple and we will see you back in a few months when they bring out a new model amd yours is made redundant.
