Extended warranty claim issue

Hi I'm samsung lover but this time samsung big game with me.  I purchased Samsung TV from flipkart site and tv delivered 8 april 2019 and I purchased extended warranty 8 April 2020.

Now I claimed the extended warranty they said this warranty is not updated please claim refund.

What was your extended warranty package? How much was the amount and for how many years was it applicable?

Around 10k for 3 years

Make sure to fill in all the details and don't forget to include your extended warranty's invoice. You should receive a call back from Samsung and you should be getting a free service.

By the way, may I know what issue your are facing with your TV?
