Echo problem on phone calls after the latest update

After the recent update, I'm facing the echo problems from all the recipients of my calls. How can i fix it?

It is caused by the caller's voice going through the recipient's loudspeaker and coming back through the microphone. ... To fix this, have the party who is not hearing an echo on their phone turn down the microphone or speaker volume and then retest for echoing on the line.

For me it only happens on my parent's land line sometimes and they are not on speaker.
