Im using Samsung A20 mobile. Since from last update of Android 10, In dual messenger document files not opening. Can u resolve the issue as early as possible.
Same problem in my Note 10 lite. Bug in samsung software update. They will simply flash your phone at customer care, you have to start from scratch and it hardly helps. But Samsung wont acknowledge the issue. Back up on google drive, reinstall dual whatsapp. For some days it will work, say 2-3 days but after that it will recur.
