I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, which is a flagship tablet from samsung which costs Rs 48,000. And it is available for one time screen replacement offer.

last month tablet fell off my hands accidentally and display was broken. so I gave the tab to service centre for one time screen replacement offer on 23 March 2018.

At the time of submission service center people told me with in 15 days they will replace the screen and give it back to me. I called service center after 15 days, they told still parts required for the screen replacement has not arrived, you need to wait.

I waited and called them after 21 days, they told me screen has been replaced and waiting for the approval from samsung high end authority for the one time screen replacement offer, I asked them still how many days I need to wait, they told me minimum it takes 8 days for the approval.

so after 1 month I got a message from samsung saying that your tab is ready for delivery with the bill amount Rs 991. I paid Rs 991 and collected the tab from service center. later I noticed that LCD was not properly fitted to the tablet and there was a gap between LCD and tablet body on both sides of the tab. Today morning I again went to service centre and told the issue, they again took back the tab and said you need to wait for 3 days more.

so one time screen replacement offer from Samsung is hell, you need to wait for minimum 1 month or 1 and half month for the screen replacement under this offer. and these service centre people don't even properly service the devices. This is Samsung for you. and I live is a reputed district not in taluk. This is the scenario of service centre in reputed district.

it takes 1 month time for screen replacement and still device will not be properly serviced. such a shame on Samsung. Going for the iPad next time.

Good luck with iPad. Apple can't fix the screen on an iMac Pro even if you offer to pay for it.

I wasn't joking, Apple really cannot fix a broken screen on an iMac Pro, as of now.

i had same experience with my old Tab s2...they don't know how to fix that problem...after 1 month they returned my tab ...the problem was not solved .They asked me to pay 5000 rs for changing the back panel because they are suspecting something like "bend" ( for a plastic body😆😆😆) They told me it will not cover under warranty( no physical damage to my tab) because it's a rare manufacturing defect... I couldn't argue with them( 1 yr warranty is a gimmick- even for such a costly tablet) i paid the money they asked...but the issue has again come....
