Brightness issue in Samsung f62

Hello, I have samsung f62 phone Form last 2 updates my brightness remains too low for some time I explained that issue in samsung members app but they are asking for screen shot or screen recording But how can I send that if I have problem related to brightness So plz help The brightness remains too low sometimes even at highest bar

I think while heavy usage or heating

It happens sometimes. This is a way of phone trying to prevent over heating. I have seen this happening to s20fe5g in YouTube speed tests.

Unfortunately we cannot do anything. Try to keep the brightness at medium level if you are indoors. This usually happens when you use the device at full brightness for some heavy task.

Go to settings and reset setting and reset the accessability setting. Also take your phone to recovery mode and wipe the cache.
