Ever since the new update on my Samsung S10e ,the bluetooth pairing is encountering issues. I am trying to connect my earbuds, and only the right one is getting connected. As for the right one, it is displaying the message "An app is needed to use this device". Can someone suggest what to do?

* Reset app preferences.
Settings > Apps > More option or on three dots at the top right corner of the screen > Reset App Preferences.

I am trying to connect Bower wireless shutter via Bluetooth on my Samsung S10 which is connected but cannot use as it throws an error "an app is needed to use this device"
