Bixby not working by saying "Hi Bixby" when the phone is completely locked.

Hi Everyone, is there anyone facing the same issue in samsung a50 which I have facing in Bixby app?. In my phone Bixby working properly & smoothly when my phone is unlocked but when I try to unlocked my phone by sayimg "Hi Bixby" whenever my phone is completely locked that time it's not working. I have done all the relevant setting in bixby app like I have enabled the feature " Used the phone when locked" also I have retained my voice many of the time even after its not working so I am confused is this bixby work on completely locked phone feature is compatible with samsung a50 or not.

Samsung Galaxy A50 is worst phone in short.....all its feature is useless.

Hello,

In A50, Bibxy will work when the screen is on even if it is locked.
Try it once.

When the phone is locked and screen is on, it will give you access to limited features like asjing Bixby for calls, msgs, alarm etc.

It won't unlock device with your voice or it won't respond when screen is off.

Let's be practical bro. How can they give all the features of flagship phones which are 50K worth to 20K mobiles.

you are right my friend, i thought its not working in my phone only. so when phone is locked & screen is off than the bixby voice command is not working in A50. Right ?

yes my friend , you are right but now I bought samsung note 10 lite & sadly it is not working in this phone also. 😒
