They asked me to go in settings and reset and more and then the phone restarted and was okay

In my opinion, Samsung has, without a doubt, the best devices as well as the best services. I'm glad there are others like you who are grateful to them. Most people just want to complain about unreasonably silly issues such as not getting updates fast enough.
