What is the best midrange phone of Samsung in India within 17K?

If you are not too much bothered about looks and battery life is your prime concern go for M21 or M31 (6 GB ram variant) or you can get A50 or A51 in retail shops around 17k if you haggle, which is more of premium looking device and you are getting a full-fledged One UI experience. All the above-mentioned devices having the same SOC and OLED screens.

How will be Samsung M30s , 6 GB RAM variant??

it's also a good choice. But in M31 you are getting 64 MP main shooter and macro camera. Total 4 shooters whereas in M30s only 3 shooters with main shooter 48 MP and no macro. I'm personally using M30s 6 GB variant it's a good phone as well. I'm a frugal person I will go with M21 any day since they specs are same and I didn't much bother about camera or looks

brooo i highly recommmend dont but samsung specially in low budget instead go for realme or mi phones they have much better processor and performance than samsung phones

I am using A50 and I am happy with it, no problems at all...... Then why will I go for Chinese brand?

That's the same reason I stick with Samsung. I don't want to invest in a Chinese mobile brand and I have a strong aversion to their Android skins.
