BLUETOOTH ISSUE

My Bluetooth keeps Automatically turns off and turns on for past 2 days .But now 

 My wifi is keeps turning of with Bluetooth 

Issue :-

If Bluetooth off

Wifi is also off with out even a single touch

Suddenly Bluetooth on

Wifi is also on with Bluetooth 

This is issues are still going on

I tried the settings reset but it doesn't work at all 

Please help me to figure it out
