BA Selection - Non Transparent, Favouritism and vague criteria?

So, we all know that the BA selection just got completed and some 11 people were selected. Congrats to all. But, as active members of this platform some of us have some genuine concerns and objections.

1. The Criteria for selection is UNKNOWN and VAGUE : Nobody made this clear and active members of this community are not selected. People who have made less than 10 posts and have ZERO solutions are selected. Now, you may say that the activity on this platform is not considered. But, then this is the PRIMARY community and platform for Samsung India users, not Instagram or Twitter or Youtube. People come HERE for solutions and to share experiences. So, no value for this platform?
2. Who selects BAs?: Are the current BAs part of this process? If yes, it's unfair as many of these are people who have had debates with members and has personal grudges, which knowingly or unknowingly will affect the selection process. So, involving them is not a fair thing.
3. What exactly do you expect from the candidates?: Blind promotion and appreciation of the brand? Or people with social media following who can help in advertising the products? Or genuine people who does criticism and appreciation respectively when warranted? Or people who are Doctors, engineers or Group A govt.  employees who can help improving the brand value??

I am someone who incidentally decided to quit this platform yesterday, hence the name change. However, I thought I should make this post before doing so. If all you required was people with high profile jobs like Doctors and/or people with social media following, you should have made this clear without making  others like us wasting our time. Otherwise, you should show the integrity to publicise the selection procedure, criteria and the selection panel.

I hereby register my strong disappointment, dissatisfaction and objection to the BA selection gimmick. I am not the only one with objection. And I am not surprised that I am not selected as I was sure about it because I reacted strongly for the people who were facing S20plus display issues and mass exynos 9611 motherboard failure. Nevertheless, I am surprised about the non selection some of my friends.

Never interested in these stuffs coz of many reasons, one of them u explained in post. But these are all valid points. Keen to know the explanation if they have any.

Let's see. I applied only because I thought I could help some people as current BAs are not replying to posts anyway. But, it doesn't matter now as I decided to take a break from here yesterday itself. But I want to know why people like Ashu is not selected.

Well that's the problem..they are afraid to select u as u may talk against them..and the the truth always hurts bro for them the brand image is important

Right that. I didn't expect my selection because you know I was among the few people here who supported the s20plus issue and then I publicised it in Twitter as well after giving the same Twitter id in the application form, lol. But what about others?

Though being a Neutral, i am not interested in all these Activities nor from last 1.5 yrs that much active on this forum..But in past also we have highlighted many activities that are Questionable like Selection Criteria, Prizes etc..But nothing is changed much & it is more or less the same🤔

Yes, no transparency at all. As you said various activities across this platform takes place without following any declared criteria or norms. Sometimes, it's the autocracy of some BAs. Actually, I was active here because this was the only social media I had apart from telegram. However, uninstalled the members app yesterday. Now using the browser, just to make this post.

Bro.. till 2021 I was very much active on this forum and due to my activeness and participation I have been offered twice as a "BA" without being even applying bt i have not shown any interest.. Since i have seen that after becoming "BA" you can't be on a neutral Side, you need to go by One direction only 🤣 🤣 We were 2-3 Users who really worked to make this forum very Smooth so we were on hatred side to many a times...we have highlighted wrong prize selection criteria, Spamming activities & many more for this forum bt not able to changed much, So i changed myself 🤣 🤣 Sharing some links what wrong was going on & what pain we have beared...
