App crashing

When I want to watch any video or open any image in Samsung Members app, then there are showing "Samsung Members keep stopping" or "Samsung Members has stopped" or "Samsung Members isn't responding"! What is the problem and how to fix it?

Uninstall and then install again!

Samsung Members app can't uninstall! Because Samsung Members app is pre-installed app in Samsung Devices.
