I want to report a problem about Samsung Galaxy s24 Instagram Settings/Menu not opening crashing again and again what should I do I tried uninstalling clearing data and changing version but I unable to go to I unable to go to settings when I try to go settings try to open menu it crashes Instagram app kindly help me my came here because I am unable to report any problem so I leave a comment on Google Play store also if I am unable to open Instagram settings then how should I report a problem to Instagram team so I came to Samsung members kindly help me

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. thanks for help i report by error reporting to samsung support by samsung members and my instagram stated working fine after 5 or 6 hrs thanks for solution ❤
