App crashing

When I want to watch any video or open any image in Samsung Members app, then there are showing "Samsung Members keep stopping" or "Samsung Members has stopped" or "Samsung Members isn't responding"! What is the problem and how to fix it?

Clear cache/data of members app and try

Clear the cache and data of Samsung Members then try. If still doesn't work then click on the three dots and click uninstall updates and then update it to the latest version
