Anyone else facing green line issue after update on Galaxy S23?

Hi everyone,

After the latest software update, my Galaxy S23 suddenly developed a green line across the display. The phone has no damage and was working perfectly before the update.

I've read that in some regions Samsung is offering free screen replacements for this issue. Does anyone know if Samsung Gulf (UAE) is also providing the same kind of support?

I really hope there's a solution for us here too A. Any guidance or experiences would be very helpful.

Go ahead, man. Take your beautiful green line to the nearby Samsung service center. Get it checked and screen replaced.

I have done, that currently on india here they told can't be replaced here. Should do on UAE but not sure do they provide
