Clear the data and cache of Google app . Not the Play Store app, but the Google app.
After clearing data , restart the phone, open the play store and try to download again.

I suggest everyone having the same error "not available in your country" to check your google payments profile if your personal information are updated, or try adding additional payment method to register your country.

clear cache and data for Play Store. :- Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear data

it's not practical because...there is basically 2 types of immunity in our body ....accrued which came from vaccine and intrinsic or innate immunity....innate involves in macrophages, Tcell,Bcell etc...but those viruses which are totally unknown by our body or cell meadiated cytokines.....those virus produce non specific immunity in our body .....this non specific responses is not same for everyone..it's depends on race and species of human beings...
