Downloads get stuck at 99% 

Clear the data and cache of Google app . Not the Play Store app, but the Google app.

After clearing data , restart the phone, open the play store and try to download again. 

(Hope this works)

I suggest everyone having the same error "not available in your country" to check your google payments profile if your personal information are updated, or try adding additional payment method to register your country.

2 method.....clear data and cache both of play store as well as Google play service.....2nd method arogya setu app download kia to device hang karega..us app main bug hain jo developer hain uo kisi bhi bug nehi fix karke aise hi chor diya app.......aur uo leke kya karega? mujhe bol jo jan na hain ..😎
