Airtel NCMC Card Problem

I had ordered Airtel's NCMC card. I received it today but I am not able to activate it. The app is showing an error and there is no option to activate and manage it. If anyone have airtel ncmc then tell me the solution of this problem?

Visit nearest Airtel showroom or metro station, you will find airtel NCMC stall of airtel

Bro that is multipurpose card, similar to debit card, but no kyc. You have problem with the card nah

That's just link number via otp, no problem for replacement
