About e-Sim

⚠️Why my Galaxy A54 5G doesn't support e-Sim ?

I am from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I bought Galaxy A54 5G from Kualalumpur and from different wesites, i did know A54 5G supports e-Sim. But now i come back to home Dhaka.

Suddenly unfortunately, i see my device doesn't support e-Sim, WHY ?( No e-sim option button here into my phone )

I am totally disheartened, why Samsung do such behavior with their beloved customers ??

Why do Samsung does not mention or widely speak Which country don't have e-sim supported device And **bleep** bla....so customers can easily understand & beaware the country wise product differenceS❓️

Now give me suggestion, what can I do,

Any way to get e-Sim intallation into my Galaxy A54 5G?

ohh it is India, but my membership i thought about to Samsung head office service centet Vietnam or Korea!!

eSIM is not supported by Samsung in Bangladesh. Here is a list of countries that support eSIM on Samsung which includes Malasia but does not include Bangladesh

yes some other device support eSim like Note 20, S20 and all other phones.
But my Q is i buy a mobile announced this year has no eSim option, why? Same phone buy from Dubai has eSim option. Strange. However it is India, i thought Samsung high concern will see my message

Even if they see your message, they wont help you. Only samsung malasia might listen but cant guarantee if you use it in another country.

bcoz your sim is from bangladesh and it detects your country so no support for e sim, its all region dependent
