Hi Samsung India
I m a Samsung user since many years. I have observed that after a device becomes older there is no update provided to them of any kind.
But its just that i wanna say u that atleast Samsung should provide the latest updates of its Touchwiz UI for which we buy your phones and that's what out stands the company
But unfortunately it doesn't happen all devices of all series once get the mark of 'old' they are neglected and company just provide updates to their Flagship(s).
We don't ask you to give the latest Android Updates to all but at least company should provide its latest UI taste to all and Grace UX has been the best of all ever made by company and I hope company will try to deliver it to all devices with compatibility based on their specifications and not based on their manufacturing dates.

totally agree my friend, google has already started talking about android O and we are yet to get N.
Not only old flagships are neglected ever recent launches like c9pro which is my present device and my 6th smartphone from samsung is neglected.
this is were iPhone beats them .
no matter what you write on the community they have a prefixed reply to it.
sometImes I feel we should move on..

However, updates are released through FOTA in waves only, so we’re unable to determine when your device will receive an update. We will notify you any update in this regard via FOTA.
