Both Samsung Keyboard and Gboard support swipe controls or gesture typing. Though both of them manage to get the words correct, it's the execution which is a tad different. ... On the other hand, Samsung Keyboard goes the more conventional way of showing you the word once your fingers have stopped gliding. But I'm using Samsung Keyboard.

Right now, in UI2.1 version both keyboards are almost same..but Gboard is better in terms of oredictive text predictions when we use hinglish..

Even Samsung keyboard is D A M N impressive in terms of predictive text...even English, Hinglish and हिन्दी...

I was using Google keyboard on my Samsung S7 , now I am using the Samsung Keyboard on the S20 ! It's a matter of habit, both are good keyboards with a little additional feature here or there.
one feature which I liked and is missing on Samsung keyboard is the ability to search from Google directly while typing!!
