As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to change the language for your device keyboard.
Method 1: Through Settings: Settings> General management> Samsung keyboard settings>Languages and types> Manage input languages> Select the language you want.
Method 2: Through Keyboard: Keyboard> Settings icon> Samsung keyboard settings> Languages and types>Manage input languages and select the language> Language switching method and select the language switching method.
If the issue persists kindly report the problems of your Samsung smartphone with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
