Why video is muted??

whenever I play a video in the SE 20 FE Gallery, the audio is muted (bummer!) and I have to tap the mute icon to get sound which means I can never hear the sound from the start. How can I change the setting so that videos ALWAYS play with sound?

As you watching photos in gallery in a room where anyone is doing something important else someone is sleeping and a sudden sound can destroy their sweet sleep

You may use it...
For videos only....It's better if you install & use Samsung’s own Video player app from Galaxy Store...
"Samsung Video Library"...

Yes, that will be one of options. My concern is specific to Gallery folder. I feel it's bug and needs to be look into.
I have raised it with Samsung team and they are checking.
