My GalaxyI have purchased a samsung S21 ultra 5G device when I was residing at USA, recently I relocated to India and due to some mishap broke the display of the device. Am trying to get the device serviced here in India by paying for the display change. But India service team is reluctant to not service a US device eventhough its a flagship device and was bought at a premium price.
They say parts to repair is not available, so they are suggesting to throw away the device and get a new device in India. How rubbish the Samsung partner employees should be to suggest throwing away a flagship device.
Written 'n 'number of mails to CEO desk and still no help, for every mail some contract employee calls up and gives a gyan. They even have the audacity to outright deny service and not even provide the next escalation steps. They lethargically reply even if you write to CEO desk it will come back to me and I will give the same reply. So better to stop bothering us and go to a different brand if you are not OK with samsung responses.
To my utter shock and disbelief this is the sad state of samsung India
